Usage Instructions:

Make blackened spatchcock chicken on the grill.

  • Ingredients (makes one cup of marinade)
  • 4 Tbs lemon juice
  • 5 Tbs olive oil
  • 1⁄4 cup vinegar
  • 7g of Portuguese Peri Peri Seasoning
  • 1 Tbs chili flakes (optional for extra heat)


Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together and marinade chicken overnight in the fridge.
  • Coals must be very hot for the chicken to acquire the “blackened” look and taste. continue basting the chicken as it cooks.
