Usage Instructions:
Make blackened spatchcock chicken on the grill.
- Ingredients (makes one cup of marinade)
- 4 Tbs lemon juice
- 5 Tbs olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 7g of Portuguese Peri Peri Seasoning
- 1 Tbs chili flakes (optional for extra heat)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinade chicken overnight in the fridge.
- Coals must be very hot for the chicken to acquire the “blackened” look and taste. continue basting the chicken as it cooks.
